Thats wonderful!!! I bet you feel so much better too. Keep going. Do you work out as well?

One thing I have learned to do is look at what is in each product. For example, ever see the" veggie fries? You look at the package and think, "wow this is awesome!!! Finally a chip that is healthy for me." Totally wrong! Regular potato chips has more nutrition and less calories then veggie fries do.

I no longer buy pop tarts and toaster strudels for my family. What a horrible breakfast or snack!!! Empty calories.

Calories in calories out!!! Keep up the good work!!!
