If you can avoid the weight gain. Olanzapine is the better med imo. Most APs are judged against the following; prolactin raising-olanzapine is decent, so is abilify, Qt prolongation - olanzapine decent , not sure bout abilify , nausea/restlessness , olanzapine decent , abilify not so good , metabolic syndrome- olanzapine poor , abilify decent , sedation; olanzapine not so good, abilify decent. AP properties , olanzapine good (probably , anecdotally in the top 2 or 3 imo) , abilify average. Anti depressant properties- olanzapine decent , abilify average ,
Td (condition caused by dopamine blockade) olanzapine decent , abilify decent( i think)

Personally id choose olanzapine every time. Unfortunately though if you dont get a handle on the weight gain, the negatives in terms of your health , will outweigh the positives.
