How do you keep your home clean and organized when you are extremely busy and barely have time to sleep or eat?

My home has been a mess and it doesn't reflect well on me. I'm afraid to have my landlord come over or call maintenance because I don't want them to think I'm a bad tenant because I don't have time to clean.
