Thank you guys. I am still crazy busy, and going off the deep end a bit. I drink and smoke when I start to go up into hypo mania triggered by business and that makes it worse.
Anyhow, I think I am coming back now, going to cut out alcohol and change diet and try and sleep.
What is DBT, CBT is cognitive behavioral therapy right? Let me know.
