Divorce is so hard, even in the best of circumstances. Be extra good to yourself, because the combo of a divorce while having BP is extra hard to handle. It can be a non-stop roller coaster ride. Try to avoid triggers. I've been there myself and it was a long while before I felt like I was over it. Hang in there!
