according to your post this person is taking.... you .....to court for what they felt you did wrong. what that means is you are the one on trial not this other person. the court will be looking at their proof of whether you did a crime or not and your side of the case is supposed to be defending whether or not ....you....did the crime you are accused of.

you will be able to enter into the court records any proof you have that points to.... you.... not doing what ever crime you are accused of but since this other person isnt the one on trial the judge is not going to order them to take a psych evaluation. if anything the judge may ask you to take one since you are the one being taken to court.

here in america there are two sides in a court case.....the prosecuting side (the person who accuses someone of the crime and their lawyers) and the defense side (the person being accused of the crime and their lawyer.

its the prosecuting sides job to find and show proof that the crime that the trial is about happened and who did it.

its the defense side's job to show proof that the crime didnt happen or that they didnt do the crime.

if you want the judge to order the prosecuting side to take a psych eval then you will need to file a different court case saying a crime happened to you, the you become the prosecuting side and then you will be able to ask the court that the person who did the crime against you take a psych evaluation.

my suggestion follow what ever your layer is telling you to do for defending yourself in court against these crimes this other person is taking you to court for. then if you feel this other person has committed a crime against you then you will be able to start your own court case against them. but you will first have to take care of the court case that is against you because its already in process complete with a court date for you to appear at.
Thanks for this!
