It sucks beause the "daymares" are things that never occured, I can see them as clear as day whether my eyes are closed or if i'm for instance staring at this screen.

I do have r#ape dreams here and there etc, but nothing as vivid as when i'm awake. Sometimes it seems that the person isn't even me.

i've had to tell myself literally to STOP or shake my head.
When they happen at night while in bed if my bf makes a noise it will go away, but then come back again when its quiet.
I've changed the out come before, not always able though only done it a couple of times. But it doesn't stop it.
