That's a really cool thing that's happening, with "me" coming out of nowhere when you're not expecting it.
Listen, I'm impressed with your unconscious mind. When you keep writing "me" it's as if your unconscious mind is saying this therapy is about you. It's not about anyone else, about people who may have hurt you or not lived up to what they should have done or what other people expect. It's not about them. It's about you.
I really love Jungian psychology and I can do dream analysis with the best of them, not relying on books that list what certain things are supposed to mean because these symbols are personal most of the time.
Dreams come from the unconscious. This isn't a dream, but it seems to be happening without your conscious bidding. It's saying me me me.
IMO, that represents a beautiful wonderful message from down below your conscious awareness that's giving you permission to make this about yourself. Your Self and Ego and Shadow and Anima/Animus. That may not make any sense to you and your therapist may not have studied Jung. Doesn't matter.
Your unconscious mind is giving you permission to make it all about you.
May I ask: Do you sometimes have difficulty doing things that might be considered selfish? You know, as if it's not right to do things just for you?
Your unconscious mind is telling you it's okay. Hope your therapy experience is a good one!
