I agree with this.
I honestly don't know what I would do--I would probably be rude and just ignore her completely. If she tries to talk to you, use terse 1 word answer and walk away. The continual touching…ugh. That can't keep going on! I think you might have to eventually bring it up at work despite the fact that she is more senior to you. It is just not ok.
