Yes, I read what you wrote, and it sounded like you sort-of cancelled but then apologized.
If you are sincerely worried she has cancelled your appointment, all you need to do is text her:
"I'm sorry for the mixed message, but I am going to show up for my appointment Wednesday if it's still open."
And then you show up.
