Happy April 29th. Wow, we're almost into May. Can you believe it? Anyone started Christmas shopping yet? LOL.

I know most of us aren't doctors here, but just have a question to see if anyone has had something similar or has an educated guess.

I woke up today with the gland under my right arm sore as heck when I stretch my arm or touch it, and my left groin gland swollen and sore to the touch. To my knowledge, these two glands operate on different parts of the body, so....am I infected all over??

I don't feel sick, although I'm tired from looking after my daughter after her jaw surgery. I'm wondering if this could just be a result from the stress of her whole operation/recuperation ordeal? It's been awful for both of us (MUCH more so for her, of course), and we still have another 4+ weeks to go before her jaw will be unwired.

I'm also wondering if it could have something to do with the Effexor XR that I started about 2 months ago. LOVE the med! It's been doing wonders, and I do NOT want to stop it. I don't even have any side effects from it. And it's helped to keep me so much calmer through this ordeal than I normally would have been since I have an anxiety disorder.

Any ideas?? It doesn't make sense to me that those two totally unrelated glands would both be swollen and sore at the same time. Probably just my body's way of saying, " "......I'm stressed. LOL. Oh, and shhhhhhhh.....but I also have diarrhea. Shhhhhhhhh.
