They don't mention anything about costs on the website - I'm not sure if that's because it's free, or if the cost changes according to circumstances?

Yep, that's right. By the time I'd emailed my therapist, though, I had decided that I didn't want to end just yet...I'm surprised he didn't ask about that, to be honest! Probably a stupid question, but does "self advocate" mean the same as "assertive"? I've never been too good with that - spent a session on it in therapy, and it helped a bit, but I guess I've still got a ways to go. You could be right there.
