I'm trying to find out as much as I can whilst I'm not too bad. I never researched anything before because I was so bad.

I've already learned a fair amount from those books I've read & websites. Should help me to deal with things better this time around. I'm shocked at how little I knew apart from the symptoms despite dealing with it on & off for just over 2 years...
