I think it is most important to keep a young spirit, and when you are 40 you will thank your lucky stars that you are blessed with a youthful appearance!

This is Really True! I had a Minnie Mouse voice, sounded like a child, until a voice coach trained me to speak in a lower octave. I was so grateful to sound like an adult at last!

I still have a young sounding voice, but now I think it is more mature and just pleasant. It even got me a job once, sounding knowledgeable but still young!
