I'd say its certainly worth bringing up, if its not helping for that long its likely it won't suddenly start helping not to mention most pills can have side effects even they aren't things you notice right away...so no sense in taking a pill if its not doing anything for you.

Usually with me any meds I have tried for depression just don't work, or cause other unpleasant effects that make me feel worse over-all which obviously does not help my depression. I always mention if I try something and it doesn't work to the doctor though except her schedule is usually pretty full so sometimes it takes a while to talk to her about it...she did say to stop the last one I tried if I got allergy like symptoms within the first week which I did. I have never had zoloft but I did try prozac which made me more anxious and from what I understand zoloft and prozac are similar.
