A187 ... it's wonderful to get that stuff out. If you've been reading the threads in these forums, you'll see how people struggle really hard to say how they're feeling about the present, the past, or even being in therapy.

You did great. It doesn't matter if it's all jumbled up and non-linear and pages long. You did great! I hope your therapist reassures you that it's okay to write pages about how you feel, to get it out, even if you don't talk about every single thing in session. Sometimes it helps really a lot to free associate, vent, rant and say things we've been keeping silent about. It helps you figure out the most important things to talk about with your T. Good work!
