Its not your fault. I see the same things in my daughter. She is exactly like me. Depression/ anxiety/ alcoholism. I worry about her very much. She has seen me clean and sober since she was three and she is now 21. She has seen me get all kinds of help for my mental illness. At 19 she changed like night and day and has been doing great since. I still worry though. I wish her the best and you as well.
