I do not feel like I have lost control.
I am able to eat some food during the day.
But I am not eating nearly enough to maintain my weight.
I need advice on how to treat my eating disorder
with self-help techniques and how to make
myself able to eat enough each day.
I do not want to.
I would much rather just eat when I'm hungry,
and I don't get hungry most days.
But the people in my life are concerned for me.
So, for them, please give me any piece of advice that may help.
