My T only talks about other clients in the most general sense and even then, only rarely and only to illustrate a point for me. I was freaking out about how long I've been seeing my T and she said that she prefers not to do "short term" therapy and most of her clients have been seeing her for quite a while. That's about as detailed as she'll get. If she's running late, she'll usually apologize and explain that she was dealing with an emergency with another client, but doesn't go in to details then either.
