Hang in there. Keep looking for something to help you feel better. Writing helps if you can do that. Write everything that comes to mind.

I can relate as I cried for 3 days after a recent session, missing work last Monday.

It is so hard when the session ends and we don't want it to, or when we're feeling separated from our T.
