Most kids my age (17) are extremely outgoing, and adventourous. From what I see they enjoy it. When I go to call a friend I find 9 times out of 10 their gone(except for 1 friend). I also have friends who I speak to over Myspace, I find their reply being days before I recieve it, while me I sit checking every hour, and reply almost immediatly only to continue the cycle.
Its difficult for me or anyone with depression to WANT to go out, and at 17 (me atleast)

I think you may be intepreting what you observe through the lens of your loneliness and depression. I'm not so convinced that all young people your age ARE so unselfconsciously easy with each other. I teach communication at a community college; I read many essays where young people self-analyze, and there are lots and lots of young folks more like you than you may think, Moonkin.
As well, perhaps all these folks whose responses you are waiting for on myspace are in their own depressions, and that's why they have trouble responding. Or perhaps their parents are monitoring their computer use, so they can't be online all the time. Or perhaps they are studying for exams at this time of the year. It's probably best not to jump to conclusions that cause you pain, when other equally reasonable interpretations are available.
Hugs and hugs.
