Lately for me it is late afternoon, after my little one gets up from her nap.
Mornings I can suck it up, sometimes I even feel good. I clean, cook, play, go on excursions, socialize...
But something happens after lunch and naptime. Maybe my daughter is slightly more moody, maybe my pain is just harder to cope with then because I am worn down...
Evenings, I have a hubby that helps, he does bed time, nurtures me, or gives me my space as needed and I feel better.
So how about you? and how do you deal with that chink in the armor?
