I sleep long hours, and can go to bed easily, it's just waking up is hard. Sometimes it feels like I can sleep for days. Always waking up groggy, headachy etc.
I still dream, and what not. I rarely even wake up throughout the night it's usually a straight 10 hour sleep.
I have tried to get up early everyday, but it doesn't seem to work.
I heard that depression can cause disturbances in REM sleep, I don't know .I'm going to bring it up to my psychiatrist when I go see her early this week, thank you for the link.
