Ideas for when you are feeling overwhelmed. If you can't talk just listen. We are here for you. Listen to some nice calming music. Take a bath. Take a walk. Listen to a relaxation tape, I like the PTSD tape from Health Journeys, you can download it online. Eat some pasta with lots of bread and butter to fill you up so you feel sleepy and can take a nap and sleep it off! Drink chamomile tea. Watch a sad movie, and cry it out. Read a book. (sad or humorous, as either crying or laughing are a good release).
