Levoxythyrine and syntharoid both sent me into horrible mixed states/manic episodes. But my thyroid is very low and the doctor is concerned that I do "something". So I'm on the smallest dose possible. 12.5 of the levoxythyrine. Minimum is usually 25. I'm already on lamictal and celexa, and I don't know if the thyroid meds caused an adverse reaction on my brain or because it was mixed with these drugs. Doc doesn't know either.

What else can I do to help my hypo(low)thyroid?
