I'm feeling lousy right now because I just dealt with 3 women (all related to me) who all second guess me, ramble, repeat themselves, fail to hear me the first time, etc. etc.

I'm looking for the following:

-polite ways to hang up the phone and end conversations
-(ways to) handle second guessing
- (ways to) encourage people (esp. women) to listen the first time
