I'm looking forward to seeing that form, hamster-bamster! I hope everyone who has a cold recovers.
Yesterday I hiked 3 miles or so and did some 8 minute exercise video. I refrained from snacking several times. It was interesting to note how often I had to metaphorically slap my hand away from eating more bread (it's really good bread -- whole grain olive bread from a wood fired oven).
I may hike again today, but I did something to my foot last week and it's still bothering me. I'm doing something this weekend that will involve a ton of walking, so I should probably give it a rest. I am not sure what I will do for exercise instead.
