I am in the same boat as you. I did the same thing a few months ago and...I am planning on speaking to therapist.
about it...it does to me make sense for me and some of my issues I have had before in the past and present.
but its still scary to think about it.

]Rx:Lamotrigine 25mg twice a day for my mood stablizer as well as I am on Escitalopram 10mg 1 daily, Buspirone 3 times daily 10mgs
