Yes, super bad dysphoria. Fortunately, things have improved a little. I had a good session with my t on Monday and only wore my favorite clothes all week. I'm getting ready to come out to some of my colleagues at work, and I think that will help. Just the fact that I no longer feel I have to pretend being someone I'm not is probably going to make a huge difference. I also decided to go back to the gym and start building some muscle.
I keep fantasizing about going on t, but I still don't know when and if that will happen.
