My point was that sometimes time and lack of toilet availability are the only things to blame for accidents. It doesn't have to be because the person didn't have the "strength" or because they have some medical condition. This is why, personally, I don't find it humiliating at all; because it's something ANYONE can do. She thinks "limits" are a myth/excuse.

My friend is 21 and has two children.
