OMG!
She had no right to violate your privacy like that. She should not have said anything to anyone. As boss, she doesn't have to defend her decision to give you an extra ten minute break to any of the employees. She didn't need to tell other people how to treat you. If you need something from someone, you'll ask them. If she had to say something, then why didn't she just say you had a migraine. Yeesh!
