This is me! Going to therapy helps me put the blame where it lies and gets it off my back. And I'm learning to take credit when credit is due, not shyly saying "it was nothing" when it was really hard work.
Seeing me as I am means acknowledging that I am missing certain life skills that others are not missing, but I am certainly no monster.
