i know your friend probably loves her parents regardless of all of this, but this is NOT a good situation for her or her little sister. i really strongly reccomend that you either encourage her to contact social services, or you do so yourself. if nothing else, though (like if you decide against this), just keep being there for her and giving her a safe place to be. talk her through it, tell her you love her, and stand beside her no matter what happens.
