Being terminated for unclear reasons and for being the suspected person of wrong doings. And I was being told of those wrong doings all of the sudden (last week) and that some wrong doings has been happening for a while. But he can't even clarify what really happened. And he even said some other things he "suspect" me doing even he don't know who did it.

But during working there, I asked how is my performance, my boss said I am fine. He asked my coworker about me, my coworker said I am helpful. (I know this because my coworker told me)

We met Thursday to receive my last salary and return equipment. I tried to keep cool (and or end things nice and cool) on the last time I see my boss. I didn't say much, very minimum. I just smile a bit. (I don't know what to say and don't want to say anymore at this stage). He gave me a recommandation letter. But the letter is more about making a statement of his point. He left out one of the major thing I did. The letter is just about what I have done, with no compliments (things he mentioned to me that he things I did good at).

I feel upset. Did he have to do this? what's the point, does it really matters anymore? why he have to do this at the end. And he did small things for this last meetup, like he wanted to protest or something. It's like he is using this recommendation letter as a last shoot. He did that on purpose. I feel very upset. I dunno why.

p.s. He owns the business, so there's nothing like HR.
