I have been giving this some thought; I think it is the day that my neurotic side is strongest, so I am going to try more structure - I need structure to get through the morning. Get up 6.00, switch on BBC R3, not BBC R4 which just makes me anxious, coffee/prepare breakfast 6.10, groom cat 6.20, wash/shave 6.25, eat breakfast 6.40, take meds 6.50, finish coffee & do teeth 6.55, water plants 7.00, make lunch 7.15, load briefcase/car 7.25, lock back door, switch everything off and leave for work 7.30, go back and collect forgotten phone, 7.33, leave for work again 7.35.
