When I first starting taking Synthroid years ago, I felt anxious, especially in the AM about 1-2 hours after taking it. I will never know it if was the medication or my own thinking about it ... I have always been sensitive to medications and, therefore, a little phobic about them.

I don't notice any anxiety now, though, unless my dose has been increased. Maybe what you need is some time to adjust to the Synthroid. It is good thing you have been started on such a small dose. Hang in there, it gets better. It did for me.
