Mine seems worse now in am, on days whn I'm off work. If getting up to go to work, I seem to have diff energy. Whn off, its like I'm thinking too much about my life, issues that are currently causing anxiety and depression. I've even tried splitting my meds to twice a day***this med plan was approved by my psy md-don't rearrange meds yourself.it did helo some but mostlt it seems I'm moew depressed/fatigued whn I have too much thinking time...
