Welcome, I went through the process of getting into transitional services back in 1985, my paperwork and all i needed done to get out of the pshyc ward was done by the social workers as i was unable to do it myself. Needless to say i did enjoy my time in the house i was put into and after abut a year they had several homes and apartments available to live on my own with the supervision once in a while.This is in NY state. I hope you can get help from somewhere for someone to help you through the process.
