Hello everyone.

This Thursday, I'll be going to a new therapist for the first time. I had to stop visiting my last (and first) therapist because I got my insurance switched.

I don't really know how to feel. I guess I'm a little bit nervous because I forget what therapy feels like kind of. When I went to therapy, it was in the summer. Now I'm going during my sophomore year of high school. I am scared that talking about my problems might upset me, or throw me off.

I just wish Thursday would come already!

But I'm kind of nervous that this is going to be a new lady. My last therapist was hard of hearing and kind of treated me like a little kid. She spoke really slowly and it was kind of annoying. I know that's mean, because she probably had a stroke because she was very old, but it's true.

I'm hoping my new therapist can talk faster and has good hearing.

That sounds so silly! But it's true!

Well I'm glad I came back on here and go to share this. If anyone has any advice for visiting new therapists, or if you're visiting a new therapist, post! I'd love to hear it.

Thanks,
Lovesdogs99
