Like you, I do think that lack of sleep is just making anxiety/depression worse. And it contributes ti other life issues like less energy to do things, more irritable, less patience...then more frustration when yoo wonder y you didn't get more done when you were awake and not sleeping.ugh...hang in there rose, maybe someone will post something new to try to sleep...I have been offered sleeping oill by psych md but don't want gi there if don't have to
