In 1995 I went to a private 30 day treatment center in the Santa Cruz mountains of CA. It was beautiful. It was twelve step based but I did not have a problem with that. I would say it was one of the best experiences of my life and I have stayed clean and sober since with a few slips on pot. Definitely a big turning point in my life from it.
