I don't think anyone intentionally avoids you... the usual process for support chat (and any chat) is to go into the room and wait... active members keep an eye on the chat rooms, and when and if they see someone in support room, if they are personally able to give support, they go in to help.

Even when some of us are not up to giving support, we go in and "stop by" to make sure whomever is in there is ok basically... and not totally forgotten.

We have many new members here this last year or so, and you are one .... and giving support is a learned skilled, imo. It also takes many members time here receiving support before they are able to give any... and that's once they learn to look for those who need support.
