My favorite part is the "nice shoes."

Here's my ideal session:

Sister: Hi
T: Hi
Sister: It's beautiful out today. I'm so glad it's finally spring.
T: Yes, would you like me to open the window?
Sister: That would be nice.
Sister: I'm tired today, I don't feel like talking.
T: Why don't you lie on the couch and take a nap?
Sister: Okay (lies on couch)
T: Here, I have this nice blanket (tucks me in)
T: Sweet dreams. Touches me on shoulder.
Sister: Sleeps
T: (after 30 mins) Sister, it's time to wake up.
Sister: Yawns and stretches
T: Would you like some tea?
Sister: That would be nice. Sits up.
T: Tell me about your dreams.
Sister: Sips tea and retells a dream.
T: Offers interpretations
T: It's time to stop.
Sister: Okay, see you next week.
