Erin Bear... Thank you so much for your thoughtful post. It really does translate across the different ways of self harming.
The thing with food is I think the quantity is difficult. I admit that I do not always eat well but for the most part I do eat quite healthy food... I just eat too much of it.
I will reread your post and keep considering your thoughts. I do thank you and wish you well with your journey. The urges are important to be addressed and you have appropriately stated that here. Urges... if we can control those.. the actions will be changed. You are right. Thanks.
Do you find that with treatment the urges decrease?
