hi yesterday was a scary day for me...I was watching t.v and all of a sudden I could not swallow it's like my thraot froze, it made me jump up and I panicked for a second and than I swallowed but to have your throat freeze like that it scared me and it continued for the rest of the day off and on and everytime it did I would panic....help now today I can't stop thinking of it this can really drive a person crazy! I took an Ativan for the first time in months ......has anyone expeirenced this with there anxiety otherwise I was fine.
