That's sweet. It doesn't necessarily mean you want your T as a friend... you just want him to be close to you when you open up. I feel the same way. Here, I'll do a new one to make you feel better:

Funny you should mention about your friend. I tend to get along better with gay males than with anyone. I have a gay friend with whom I will rest my head on, he will play with my hair, etc... it is so fu**ing comforting.... And I open up to him..
