I feel like that but it's usually related to sickness or disease. Like if I watch something on television, or someone tells me about someone with cancer, I start feeling sick and wonder if I have it, too.

I saw something on television the other night where someone had a blood clot in the brain. Almost immediately I developed a headache and was afraid I was having a stroke.

I'm completely insane. Lol
