Sorry that happened to you. I've never been admitted to a psych ward, although I probably should have been a few times.

Also sorry about your girlfriend. I know it hurts like hell right now, but it doesn't sound like you lost much. Why invest time and energy into a relationship if that person is going to bolt out of the door just when you need them the most?
