I take it you don't have any medication that helps you sleep?

According to the Crazy Meds website, over the counter Benadryl has been approved off-label for use in panic disorder, basically because it will knock you out. Just one pill, 25 mg does it for me.

However, and I can't stress this enough, if you are taking other meds check to make sure it doesn't interact. Ask a pharmacist, or check on drugs.com, or maybe do both.

If you're not seeing a pdoc, you should consider it. The way you are living will wear you down quickly. It's exhausting.
