So as you know therapy and the therapeutic relationship has been questionable lately. Today I started by asking why she never returned my call. She said she had been out of the office for 3 days on a S. A. conference , and when she got back, there were just ten new messages.

Mine was not there, she says it resets after so many messages, so she was very apologetic .

2. I expressed, that I feel like I'm in so much turmoil due to the stressors and schedule change, depression, med dose change.

3. Told her that I have lost connection with her, and I did not feel comfortable with her. And I wanted to get that connection back.

She said, she has felt that I drifted from her and its partly her fault and the facilities for not having enough therapists. She told me she is going to work on getting our connection back and breaking down some walls.

3. The art festival : she asked me how it was for me, I said it was wonderful , I looked away, she said I'm sorry I should have told you I was affiliated with the art festival . The band that you were applauding to. Are my friends.


As far as the schedule she said it would be about month or two.

We spoke of my binge drinking this weekend .
